What is the Nordic experience?
The Nordic experience is a wellness journey built around a cycle of heat, cold, and rest. Guests move through saunas, steam rooms, hot pools, cold plunges, and quiet relaxation areas at their own pace to promote relaxation, circulation, and overall well-being.
How long can I stay?
Your booking time is your arrival time. From that time onward, you are welcome to enjoy the Nordic experience until close of day. Entry prior to your booked arrival time is not permitted.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly recommended to ensure availability, particularly during peak periods.
All massage treatments must be booked in advance. The Nordic experience can also be reserved ahead of time.
If your preferred date or arrival time is fully booked, we recommend checking the online booking system regularly, as availability may open due to cancellations or changes in capacity.
Guests without a reservation for the Nordic experience may have two same-day options:
- Walk-In Availability
Guests may visit the spa in person to inquire about same-day access. Walk-in entry is subject to availability and may not be possible if the spa is at capacity. - Wait List
When capacity is reached, a wait list may be offered. Entry from the wait list is not guaranteed.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:
- A swimsuit
- Flip-flops or sandals
- A reusable water bottle
Towels, robes, and lockers are provided. Guests are encouraged to leave valuables at home.
Are phones allowed?
Yes, personal phones are permitted throughout the spa. Guests may take photos; however, we ask that you respect the privacy of others and avoid capturing identifiable images of other guests without their consent.
Phones and personal devices are not permitted in change rooms or washrooms.
Will there be cameras on site?
Yes. For the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, video surveillance is used in select public areas of the facility. Cameras are not located in private spaces such as change rooms or washrooms.
Is the Nordic experience suitable for everyone?
Most guests can enjoy the Nordic experience comfortably. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have health concerns, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before your visit. Guests participate at their own discretion and should listen to their bodies.
Can I receive treatments if I am taking medication or have health concerns?
Guests who are taking medication or managing health conditions are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider prior to their visit. Certain treatments may not be appropriate depending on individual circumstances.
Guests are required to complete a confidential health intake form before treatment. Your Massage Therapist or Technician will review this information with you to ensure services are provided safely. In some cases, a note from a medical professional may be requested.
I am pregnant. Can I book a massage or enjoy the Nordic experience?
Prenatal massage services are available. All Massage Therapists and Technicians are trained to provide care appropriate for pregnancy. Please indicate pregnancy at the time of booking so the appropriate service can be arranged.
The Nordic experience may not be recommended during pregnancy due to temperature contrasts. Guests who are pregnant should consult their healthcare provider before participating.
