Iceavik uses third-party software platforms to manage bookings, memberships, gift cards, and guest communications. This may include Cojilio, and in the future Zenoti or Mangomint.

Guest Phones and Photography
Guests are permitted to bring and use personal phones and devices within the spa. Iceavik does not restrict personal photography and cannot control or monitor photos or videos taken by guests.
By entering the facility, guests acknowledge that other guests may use personal devices in public areas. Iceavik is not responsible for images or recordings captured by guests.
Personal devices are not permitted in private areas such as change rooms or washrooms.
